Marie Bourque, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Marie Bourque brings nearly 12 years of experience to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Having started with Schumacher Group in December 1996 as Accounting Supervisor, she progressed through the years to Manager of Accounting, Corporate Controller and Controller/Vice President. A native of Lafayette, and long-time resident of Carencro, La., Bourque graduated as an accounting major in the College of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and subsequently became a Certified Public Accountant. She headed the Honors Accounting Society, Alpha Beta, while in college, and previously worked as a staff accountant for a company in oil and gas exploration.
