Rita Roberts brings nearly 30 years of clinical nursing and business management experience to her position at Schumacher Group. As a former Emergency Department nurse in various hospitals across Texas and Missouri, she demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills and quickly found herself in managerial positions. A former principal and COO of a health care consulting firm which provided operational and financial analysis, Roberts adds insight to the broad scope of responsibility at Schumacher Group. Her leadership style and strong decision making skills allow her to manage a multitude of situations in this ever-demanding industry. Her service-oriented personality and background provide her with the foundation for her current position as she applies these skills and expertise in an operational setting.
