Donna F. Landry

Chief Administrative Officer

An accomplished health care executive and civic leader, Donna Landry brings some two decades of experience in hospital administration to Schumacher Group clients and internal operations. She assumed significant additional executive duties at a highly progressive health care system each of 10 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for its $364 million operation.

Her background is extensive in all areas of health care administration, most notably in operations, strategic planning, contracting, human resource management and communications. Key work achievements include leadership in business development and planning, affiliate, service line, Magnet and critical access hospital models, satisfaction surveying, management training, compensation administration, media relations, JCAHO accreditation, technology initiatives, facilities management, corporate compliance and disaster planning/response.

She has also served in leadership roles of several local, regional and national professional and civic organizations, claiming among other accolades the 2002 Young Leader Award presented by the American College of Healthcare Executives, the post of 2006 Chairman of the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, and 2008 Chair of the United Way of Acadiana Health Care Division. She joined Schumacher Group’s executive team in 2007 as Assistant Chief Operating Officer, heading the Hospital Medicine Division and sharing executive oversight of the Regional Operations teams and various operational support departments with COO Jim Guidry. She assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer, with executive responsibility for Hospital Medicine, HR, Education and Training, Communications, Data Quality, Contract Processing, Research and Development, and Building Management, in the Fall of 2009. Landry is also a graduate of Leadership Lafayette and Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International.
