Thibodeaux Selected for Leadership Louisiana 2010

Baton Rouge, LA - December 09, 2009 - Schumacher Group’s Director of Strategic Planning and Industry Research, Iva Thibodeaux, will join the ranks of other highly successful, talented leaders in the state as a member of Leadership Louisiana 2010. A program of the Council for a Better Louisiana (CABL), the purpose of the team is described by CABL as ‘Building the capacity of Louisiana’s leaders through information, innovative thinking and connecting with others.’

The Leadership Louisiana group takes it upon themselves to understand evolving public issues, recognize opportunities, bold thinking, strong networks, and models of success. These elements of leadership are needed to shape the long-term vision of communities, turn shifting economies into advantages, build on strengths and areas of excellence, and continue efforts to address chronic issues.

With over 720 Alumni, the program is now entering its 19th year.

Thibodeaux will join the team for the Opening Retreat in late January 2010 in Lafayette, Louisiana.
